Here it is! Two swatches from the HIGHLY anticipated China Glaze Hunger Games collection – the collection that literally needs no introduction. We are huge fans of the books series & even bigger lovers of unique polish shades, so for us this was a match made in polish heaven. The Capital Colours collection includes 12 shades that combine rich crèmes, soft shimmers and bold glitters. Originally when the line leaked they were named after characters in the movie, but the official press release revealed the names to be inspired by each of the 12 districts. Now here are the swatches of our favourite shades from the collection… enjoy!

Riveting – this bright orange jelly is packed with sparkle! With hints of gold and red glitters, this polish reminds us of a glowing fire  - the girl on fire maybe? #HungerGamesHumor We can definitely see Katniss rocking this shade all dressed up by Lenny Kravitz, ahem Cinna. Although the polish applied a bit thicker than most, the final result was gorgeous! Two coats were applied to achieve the look below – a fabulous look we might add. There’s no doubt that this shade is a must-have of the collection.

Harvest Moon – Whoa, this colour is unbelievable! It applied like a dream almost achieving full coverage with only one coat, but two were used in the swatches below. This crystallized copper shimmer literally radiates off of our tips & was all we could stare at. It has a foil finish & is totally unique to our collection. Another must-have!

Capitol Colours by China Glaze polishes retail for $5.99 USD and are available mid March with the release of the movie.
