NAIL ART TUTORIAL: OLYMPIC SPIRIT
We’re not too sure about you guys, but we have full out Olympic fever! We wanted to create a design for the Olympics that was a little different than the ones that we’re out there & something that could be done again once the games are over. Insert Olympic colours + stripes!
Step 1: After applying a base coat, paint nails a nice basic white – we used CND Brilliant White.
Step 2: For our stripes we painted the 5 Olympic colours on plain tape and put it aside to dry. Cutting the strips into 3 different sizes to place largest to smallest closest to the tip.
Step 3: Once your strips are in place, use cuticle cutter or nail scissors to trim the excess tape along the side of the nails. Seal in your design with a strong top coat, we recommend Seche Vite.
This nail art design is perfect for the Olympics without being overly complicated and too over the top. We will definitely try this design again using different shades once our Olympic fever has worn off. What do you think of this design? Would you try this PYP nail art tutorial? Hope everyone has a great week & is rooting for their home team like we are. GO CANADA!

very nice
Just love it!!!
it would look great with gold or silver on the base too, its just the issue of the tape being vibrant enough I guess. Love this technique!!
que original… me encanta!!!
